Blur's 13 isn't actually their thirteenth album, it's their sixth. They haven't made thirteen albums yet. Damon Albarn and co.'s 1999 release is often considered their best work alongside the Britpop-era defining 'Parklife', though the two can't really be compared due to huge stylistic differences. At its heart, '13' is an ambitious art rock LP which dwells in Allbran's recent breakup, and features influences from trip hop, neo-psychedelia, and noise rock. The album was nominated for the Mercury Prize, and features the singles 'Tender' (with Lou Reed), 'No Distance Left to Run', and 'Coffee & TV.
