Friendly Fires was the debut album from the St Albans-three piece, Ed McFarlane, Edd Gibson and Jack Savidge. Featuring the hit singles "Jump In the Pool" and "Paris," it was an era-defining record and launched the band to huge critical and commercial success, earning nominations for The Mercury Prize and a Brit Award along the way. "...the most striking characteristic of Friendly Fires is that every track sounds like an indie club hit," wrote Pitchfork.
The 2008 release is now reissued for its 15th Anniversary on colored vinyl LP.
