Two lost souls visiting Tokyo - the neglected wife of a photographer and a washed-up movie star - find solace in each other's company. The Lost In Translation (Music from the Motion Picture Soundtrack) for Sofia Coppola's Academy Award winning movie of the same name earned supervisor/composers Brian Reitzell and Kevin Shields a BAFTA nomination. In addition to five Shields numbers (including a My Bloody Valentine track) it also features contributions from such artists as Air, Death in Vegas, Squarepusher, Phoenix, and The Jesus and Mary Chain among others.
